Tuna Burgers

From: I don’t know




o        2 cans (6 ½ ounces each) chunk light tuna, drained and flaked

o        ½ cup finely chopped celery

o        1/3 cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise

o        2 tablespoons minced onion

o        2 tablespoons chili sauce

o        1 teaspoon lemon juice

o        ¼ cup seasoned fine dry bread crumbs

o        2 tablespoons Mazola Corn Oil

o        4 rolls, split lengthwise


To Prepare…


1.       Stir together first 6 ingredients

2.       Shape mixture into 4 patties

3.       Coat with breadcrumbs

4.       In skillet, heat corn oil over medium heat

5.       Add patties and fry about 5 minutes, turning to brown both sides.

6.       Serve on rolls with your favorite cole slaw
