Strawberry Ham

From: Mike & Lois Donato, 1979




o        1 package (frozen) strawberries

o        1 tablespoon horseradish

o        Brown Sugar

o        Cloves (10 to 12)

o        Canned ham


To Prepare…


1.       Mix strawberries and horseradish; stir well.

2.       Fill roasting pan with water ¼ full.

3.       Score ham; top with brown sugar and cloves.

4.       Then, baste with strawberry mixture.

5.       Bake ham as directed on package; last half hour uncover.
