Russian “Blinini”

Ingredients

 

Pancakes

Filling

2 eggs (slightly beaten)

8 ounces (approximately) cottage cheese

2 cups milk

1 egg

1 ˝ cups flour

Dash of sugar

5 tablespoons (Mazola) oil

Dash of salt

Dash of salt

 

 

To Prepare…

 

1.       Fry pancakes paper thin

2.       Fill and fold

3.       Put in buttered dish

4.       Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until puffy

 

Notes: Makes 8 to 10 Blinini

Use sour cream and/or fruit for topping

Excellent for Good Friday meal!!!
