Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

 

o        16 ounces (2 cups) plain pumpkin

o        2/3 cup water

o        4 eggs

o        1 cup cooking oil

o        1 ˝  teaspoons salt

o        1 cup raisens (approximately 3 little boxes)

o        2 teaspoons baking soda

o        3 ˝ cups flour

o        3 cups sugar

o        1 teaspoon cinnamon

o        1 teaspoon nutmeg

 

To Prepare…

 

1.       Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.       Stir together dry ingredients.

3.       Add wet ingredients and mix.

4.       Beat until smooth.

5.       Separate raisens and blend into mixture.

6.       Pour into paper lined muffin tins and bake approximately 25 minutes.

7.       Test with toothpick tip to see if they’re done (tip will come out clean).
