Penny’s Coconut Cookies

From: Penny Beaudry, 1982

 

Ingredients

 

o        6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

o        2 cups graham cracker crumbs

o        1 can sweetened condensed milk (15 ounces)

o        ¾ cup shredded coconut

 

To Prepare…

 

1.       Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls

2.       Roll each ball in shredded coconut

3.       Place on lightly greased cookie sheet

4.       Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes
