Mom’s Casserole

(Mom Smith), 1970
Ingredients
o
1 pound elbow macaroni
(cooked)
o
1 pound ground beef
o
2 medium onions
o
1 quart spaghetti sauce (more
can be added, if desired)
o
grated cheese
To Prepare…
1.
Mix beef and onion and brown
2.
Add to macaroni and spaghetti
sauce
3.
Put mixture into 2 quart
casserole dish
4.
Top with grated cheese
5.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at
350 degrees
Notes: May add green peppers or mushrooms to mixture
before baking
