Chicken & Rice Casserole

o 1 cup Milk
o 1 cup Minute Rice
o 1 can cream of mushroom soup
o 1 can cream of celery soup
o 1 package dry onion soup
o cut up chicken or parts (may also use boneless, skinless pieces)
1. Put rice in bottom of lightly greased casserole dish.
2. Dilute 2 cans of soup with milk in saucepan and heat.
3. Pour over rice.
4. Put chicken over rice and sprinkle with dry onion soup.
5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour, or until chicken is done.
Notes: the number of servings varies according to the size & type of chicken pieces used
