Carrot Cake

Ingredients

1 ˝ cups Wesson Oil
o
4 eggs (beaten)
o
2 jars Junior Baby Carrots
o
1 cup walnuts
o
3 cups flour
o
2 cups sugar
o
1 teaspoon baking soda
o
1 teaspoon baking powder
o
1 teaspoon cinnamon
o
˝ teaspoon salt
To Prepare…
1.
Blend sugar and oil.
2.
Add dry ingredients except
flour.
3.
Beat eggs and set aside.
4.
Add carrots to first mixture.
5.
Add flour and beaten eggs
alternately.
6.
Then add nuts.
7.
Fill greased Tube Cake pan.
8.
Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50
minutes.
