Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
o
1 chopped onion
o
1 stick of butter or margarine
(melted)
o
2 packages of frozen broccoli
(chopped, cooked & strained)
o
1 cup of minute rice
o
2 cans of cream of mushroom
soup (or cream of chicken or any other cream soup)(NOT COOKED)
o
1 can of milk (use soup can to
measure)
o
16 ounces Velveeta cheese
(chopped)
To Prepare…
1.
Mix butter, broccoli, rice,
soup and milk together in a bowl.
2.
Add the onion.
3.
Add the cheese.
4.
Place in greased casserole
dish.
5.
Bake for 1 to 1 ˝ hours or
until done at 350 degrees.
