o 2 cups Bisquick
o 2 tablespoons sugar
o 1 egg
o 1 1/3 cups milk or cream
o 1 ˝ cups blueberries
1. Beat Bisquick, sugar, egg, and milk until smooth.
2. Fold in 1 cup of blueberries.
3. Pour batter by spoonfuls onto lightly greased hot skillet.
4. Place more blueberries on pancake as you fry.
Notes: Makes approximately 14 to 18 pancakes
